G&W is a securities company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Securities Market Act (2007:528). Being an affiliated agent of an independent securities company, in our case G&W, means that we operate under G&W's permission and name with regard to investment services. investment advice and receipt and forwarding of orders in the case of financial instruments. G&W reviews our advice and documentation and ensures that operations comply with the rules that apply to the Swedish securities market. The review aims to ensure the quality of the advice and provide customers with the protection to which they are entitled. G&W is liable for any pure financial damage that the agent, through its activities, intentionally or negligently causes to the customer regarding advice in the role of affiliated agent according to the Securities Market Act (2007:528).

Hopefully we can together sort out the current circumstances to find a solution. There is always a possibility to file a complaint with G&W.
