Incirrata AB, corporate no. 556815-7837, is a registered affiliated representative of Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB (SVP), organization no. 556324–5447.

SVP is a securities company under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with Act (2007:528) on the securities market. Being an affiliated representative of an independent securities company, in our case SVP, means that we operate under SVP's permission and name regarding the investment services investment advice and receipt and forwarding of orders in the case of financial instruments. The SVP reviews our advice and documentation and ensures that operations comply with the rules that apply to the Swedish securities market. The review aims to
to ensure the quality of the advice and give customers the protection to which they are entitled. SVP is responsible for such pure pecuniary damage that the agent, through its activities, intentionally or through negligence, causes the customer regarding advice in the role of affiliated agent according to Act (2007:528) on the securities market.

Hopefully we can together sort out the current circumstances to find a solution. There is always a possibility to make complaints to the SVP.
